Grass Valley and Nevada City are located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, about 2,500 ft. elevation in Northern California. We are about an hour from Sacramento and an hour to some of the best ski and recreation resorts in the west.

While this beautiful pine tree studded area was established during the gold rush of the 1800’s, it has grown into a diverse economy featuring several high tech companies, a thriving arts community, a growing wine region featuring 15 wineries, historic downtowns with unique retail, a variety of wonderful restaurants and scenery that is second to none…simply a great place to hold your meeting, conference or event.

The Nevada City and Grass Valley area also feature a diversity of event venues, both inside and out, as well as some unique hotels and motels that are waiting to have you as their guests.

The proximity of Grass Valley and Nevada City's lodging and event venues is close and we can provide transportation if required. Grass Valley and Nevada City are tied together by the Golden Center Freeway, which was completed in the mid 1960’s in order to make travel between the two towns more convenient.
